Mr. Mayank Kapoor is a dynamic and enterprising leader, spearheading the growth of Krishna Homes into a leading real estate developer in Bhopal. He has been an integral part of the company since his childhood, and his hard work and dedication have paid off as he now leads the second generation of the family business.

Mr. Kapoor has played a pivotal role in devising the corporate strategy, diversifying through product Lines and thereby, strengthening the foundation of the company. In a span of few years, he has contributed significantly towards product execution and setting world-class delivery processes in place.

Mr. Kapoor is a man of great detail and is known for driving a culture of innovation within the company. He has personally overseen the establishment of technology and processes including Project Management Information Systems, sophisticated Quality Evaluation Procedures, Customer Care Structures that have infused a higher degree of collaboration and enhanced productivity at Krishna Homes. He has strengthened execution by ensuring tracking cost, quality and time to its minutest detail.

He has also been decorated with various awards including among the top 30 young Entrepreneurs of India by the Business World BW Disrupt 30 under 30 2022; the "Young Achiever and Emerging developer of the year Award" in 2019, awarded by Reality facts and Google; the pride of MP Award in 2018, awarded by Dainik Bhaskar

He is a Tedx Speaker and as a member of prestigious organizations like American Society of Civil Engineers, IGBC, CREDAI, CII-Yi and B.N.I, Mr. Kapoor has been actively involved in shaping the real estate industry in Bhopal. He had also Published 5 International Research Papers including the International Journal of Management and World academy of science engineering technology (W.A.S.E.T).

Mr. Kapoor's passion for travel and adventure has taken him to 9 countries, where he has explored different cultures and gained a broader perspective on life and also learn New Construction technology NCT which are now being implemented and executed in our residential projects. He is also the Credai Youth Wing CYW Central Zone Head of the New Construction technology from 2021-2023. He is an avid marathon runner and has completed several marathons in different parts of the country.

In October 2019, Mr. Kapoor fulfilled his dream of trekking to the Mount Everest Base Camp (17,598 sq.ft) and Kala Pathar (18,510 sq.ft), which is a testament to his tenacity and courage. His expertise in research, planning, managing, and launching new projects, along with exploring new business opportunities, has been instrumental in driving the growth of Krishna Homes. His vision and strategic approach have set the company on a path of continued success.

Under his leadership, Krishna Homes has grown from strength to strength and has become synonymous with quality construction, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. He has often expressed his vision of transforming Krishna Homes into an organisation of the future.

"Mrs. Saroj Kapoor has been leading Krishna Homes as its Managing Director for almost two and half decades now, and it has been an enriching and fulfilling experience for her. As the leader of this esteemed organization, she has always strived to maintain credibility through the work and timely delivery of projects. Under her able leadership Krishna Homes have completed numerous landmark projects over the years, thanks to our meticulous planning, quality construction, and lush green dense plantation. Mrs. Kapoor said that our strategies have given the desired shape and direction to the growth of our group and it is heartening to see the trust and appreciation we receive from our customers

A highly value-driven personality, she does not focus on profits, but on the product. In her own words: “Money cannot be the motivator for success – it can only be a by-product of success” and she has ably proven it.
